电站锅炉排烟温度偏高的原因及对策

锅炉运行中,经常出现排烟温度大大高于设计值。排烟温度升高,排烟损失增大,从而导致锅炉效率降低,煤耗升高,经济效益下降,本文通过理论分析,并结合现场经验,对引起排烟温度升高的原因从环境、设计、设备、管理等不同的角度进行了分析、归纳,针对不同的起因,提出了相应的措施和建议。
