摘 要: | 介绍了三菱F1系列PLC在轴承压盖机床上的应用。通过程序控制使其在自动和手动两种操作方式下实现对轴承压盖机的自动控制,送盖、取盖、放盖与压盖的动作可以同时进行,作用在不同的轴承料件上。由于各动作可以同时进行,极大的提高了生产效率。

Abstract: | It is introduced the application of Mitsubishi F1 series PLC in the bearings assembly line and the bearings presses capping machine.The tool machine control each action and each work preface's movement through a vivid procedure control make to carry on pressing under the automatic and manual operation,press cover,sent to cover,take cover,get cover,and press cover's action can move at the same time,and act on the different bearings.Since the action could be do at the same time,which greatly improved the production efficiency. |
