摘 要: | ![]() 根据矿区用水的需求特性和控制要求,在新集矿区设计应用了一套基于S7-300和Modbus总线协议的水系统无线控制方案。通过MDS2710C无线数传电台将各水源井控制基站采集的现场模拟量与数字量I/O、M标志位等经Modbus协议传输至S7-300侧Profibus/Modbus PM160转换网关,PM160收集转换所有数据经Profibus传输至S7-300,S7-300根据采集到的水塔、水池水位控制清水泵房各供水泵与水源井水泵的启停及实现报警等其他保护功能,同时利用WINCC组态形成统一完整的水源井控制系统,可进一步纳入矿区生产集控中心中进行管理。系统运行平稳,可靠性很高,累积节省资金数万元,值得推广。

Abstract: | ![]() According to the characteristics and control requirements of mine water demand,a new set of control solution based on the S7-300 and Modbus protocol mine in Xinji mining area is designed and applied for the first time.Via MDS2710C data transceiver the control base stations of water wells gather and send all kinds of analog and digital I / O,M flags,etc.to the Profibus / Modbus PM160 conversion gateway in the S7-300 side of by digital radio via Modbus protocol.PM160,collecting and converting all the data,transfers them to S7-300 via the Profibus protocol.According to the water level of collected tower and water tank,S7-300 controls start and stop for each pump,achieve alarm and other protections,while taking advantage of WINCC configuration software to form a unified complete water wells control system.It could be further adopted into the mine producing centralized control center.Now the system is running smoothly with high reliability.So far the thousands of dollars has been saved,worthed promoting. |
