聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体流变行为的研究

摘    要:用聚醚N210,N220和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)合成了两个系列的聚氨酯预聚体。用旋转粘度计研究了预聚体的流动行为。结果表明:其流动曲线符合Ostwad-DerWaele幂律模型;粘度—温度关系符合Arhenius方程;流动活化能随剪切速率的增加而下降。探讨了预聚体的非牛顿行为、流动活化能和分子结构的关系

Abstract:Two series of isocyanate terminated ploy(ether urethane) preploymers were synthesised with polyether N210、N220 and diphenyl methane diisocyanate (MDI).The rheological behavior of these preploymers were studied by rotatory viscometer.It has been shown that the flow curve is in accordance with Ostwad Der Waele model and the relationship between viscosity and temperature follows Arrhenius equation and the activation energy decrease with the increase of shear rate.The relationship between Non Newtonian behavior and molecule structure and that between activation energy and molecule structune were discussod.
