维生素C对鹅后期生长及肉品质的影响

摘    要:在70日龄至90日龄的生长鹅日粮中添加维生素C,通过测定其增重及料重、屠宰测定及肌肉品质测定探讨其效果。试验结果表明,添加维生素C组比对照组增重明显增加,料重比明显降低,组间差异显著(0.01〈P〈0.05);各项屠宰性能指标组间差异不明显(P〉0.05);各组鹅肉中维生素C含量、总脂肪含量、氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量、影响风味的氨基酸总量等营养成分受日粮中维生素C的影响不大,组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:Geese in the age of 70-90d were fed diet supplemented with vitamin C to determine the body weight gain, feed conversion efficiency, slaughter traits and meat character. Results showed that the body weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of geese in treated groups were increased significantly compared with the geese in control group (P〈0.05), but no difference occurred in geese supplemented with different doses of vitamin C in the diets ( P 〉0. 05). No differences were found in slaughter traits, the contents of VC, total fat, essential amino acid and total amino acid and the taste of meat from geese in treated groups and control group ( P〉0. 05).
