| 摘 要： | 信息素质相对于素质，信息素质教育相对于素质教育都不是孤立的，更不是对立的，两者在本质上完全一致，它们和谐地共处于一个统一体之中。素质教育引领信息素质教育，信息素质教育提升素质教育的层次并推动素质教育的进展，信息素质教育应属于素质教育的范畴。

The quality education leads the information quality education, and the information quality education lifts the level of the quality education and p romotes the progress of the quality education, and the information quality educa tion is part of the quality education. |
