摘    要:共享停车作为时下全新的一种停车模式,为缓解现有停车供需不平衡、时空分布不均的问题提供了新方向和新思路。共享泊位是由分布在不同区域、位置的闲置车位集合而成的,因其动态性和时效性而具备不确定性。在泊位分配过程中,已分配的车位时常因用户失信、违约而交易失败,无法发挥泊位的最大价值,造成泊位闲置和浪费。为提高泊位利用率,本文提出了一种考虑用户信用度的泊位分配模型。首先,结合现有信用评价模型,构建了考虑用户信用度的分配模型。然后,以价格和时间为约束,根据双向拍卖模型建立共享泊位参与者(拥有者、用户、平台)的出价机制,确定最终交易价格。进而,计算出用户总的效用值,求得基于效用值的最佳分配序列,并根据该序列对提交上来的用户泊位请求进行有序分配。最后,通过软件仿真,将本文所提模型与先到先停、传统拍卖模型进行比较分析。结果表明,所提模型相较于先到先停方案、传统拍卖模型在收益提升率方面分别增加了2.15%和32.07%;在平均泊位利用率方面分别增加了0.93%和29.99%。

Abstract:Shared parking, as a new parking situation at the moment, provides new directions and new ideas for alleviating the imbalance in supply and demand of existing parking lots and the uneven distribution of time and space. A shared berth is a collection of idle spaces distributed in different areas or locations, and is uncertain due to its dynamics and timeline. Berth allocation process, the allocated parking space often causes loss due to user faithless and default, inability to fulfill the maximum value of the berth, resulting in berths idle and waste. In order to improve berth usage rate, a berth allocation model considering the user''s credit is proposed. First, we will combine it with existing credit evaluation models to build an allocation model that takes into account the creditworthiness of users. Then, based on price and time constraints, establish a bidding mechanism for shared berth participants (owner, user, platform) based on the double auction model to determine the final transaction price. In addition, the total user utility value is calculated, the optimal allocation sequence based on the utility value is obtained, and the berth requests submitted by the user are allocated orderly according to the sequence. Finally, the model proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional auction model and first-come, first-stop through software simulation. The results show that the proposed model is on the first-come, first-stop scheme and the traditional auction model, with revenue growth rates increasing by 2.15% and 32.07%, respectively, compared to the traditional auction model. The average utilization rate of berths increased by 0.93% and 29.99%, respectively.
