Discussion on Sensitive Coefficients of Telecommunication Lines

In this article,we expound the theoretical expressions and physical concept of sensitive coefficients for the all closing sec- tion and the small closing section of double telecommunication lines,analysed the statistical measurement value of the measured sensitive coefficient,point out that the sensitive coefficient is a stochastic variable and obey logarithmic normal distribution law;then,according to the mathematical statistics theory, give the specific distribution function of the double telecommuni- cation lines with different characteristics,suggest the constant value of sensitive coefficient determined by which the probability accumulation distribution takes 80 percent.
