| 摘 要： | 为了评价膨体聚四氟乙烯外科隔膜（ＳＭ）作为心包替代物在小儿心脏外科的临床应用效果，从５９７例应用实例中随机选出２５６例应用ＳＭ者与７４４例未应用ＳＭ者进行对照观察。结果显示外科隔膜可预防术后心脏和近心大血管与胸骨后的粘连，从而减少再手术时的危险。ＳＭ组在术后出血、心包填塞、感染等并发症方面与对照组差别无显著性（Ｐ＞００５），提示此种外科隔膜可作为一种有效的，并发症少的心包替代物。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the clinical application of expanded polytetrafluorethylene surgical membrane(SM) as a pericardial substitute in 597 cases of open-heart operation for infants and children.256 cases in using SM group were compared and contrasted with 744 cases in not using SM group.The results revealed that SM was effective to prevent adhesion between sternum and heart as well as great blood vessel.By that the danger of reoperation was reduced.A statistic analyse showed that there were no signifcant differenes in the incidences of complications such as bleeding,cardiac tamponade and infections after operations between using SM group and not using SM group ( P >0 05).Therefore we consider that SM used as pericardial substitute was effective and had lower complication rate. |
