基于FAHP和TOPSIS法的居民阶梯电价实施效果评价

摘    要:从电力公司、居民用电和社会效益三个方面建立评价指标体系,对居民阶梯电价的实施效果进行科学的评价.利用FAHP法确定指标权重,运用TOPSIS法计算综合评价指数,构建居民阶梯电价实施效果评价模型,对阶梯电价方案实施效果进行综合评价.通过算例分析,验证了评价模型的实用性和合理性.

Abstract:An evaluation index system is built,which consists of the three aspects: electric power compa nies,residential electricity consumption and social benefits, to make a scientific evaluation of implementa- tion effects of multistep residential electricity pricing. FAHP is used to determine the weight of indices and TOPSIS is adopted to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index for building an evaluation model of im- plementation. Finally, the example analyses verify the practicability and rationality of the evaluation model.
