聚甲醛(POM)的性能及热降解研究

摘    要:用热重分析(TG)和差热分析(DTA)研究M600,M90—4和H2448三种聚甲醛的热降解和热稳定性。从热重分析曲线计算了活化能,反应速率常数和反应级数。结果表明:三科聚甲醛活化能的次序为:H2448>M-904>M600。 本文用密度梯度、粘度、DSC等方法测定了M600、M90-4、H2448三种聚甲醛的主要物理、化学性能。从性能研究看出,M600具有较低的分子量,较高的结晶度和较差的热稳定性。

Abstract:Jhe thermal degradation and thermal stability of three kinds of POM such as M 600 , M90-4 and H2448 cocre studied by the coay of thermogravimctric Analysis C TG ) and Differential Thermal analysis ( DTA ) , The activation energy , rate constant of reaction and reaction order coreld be calculated from the TG curoe , The results shorved that the order of activation energy of these POM was : H2448>M,90-4>M600 .This paper determined the main physical and chemical properties of POM M600, M90-4 and H2448 , by the way of dcnrity gradient , viscosity and DSC deterhcina -tion , Conclusions were drawn from the study of property that M600 has low molecular weight , high crystallinity and weak thermal stability.
