| 摘 要： | 目的采用综合方法治疗破伤风。方法回顾性分析我院1990年以来收治的40例破伤风病人,采用彻底清创以消除毒素来源,同时给予静脉滴注破伤风抗毒素、安定,气管切开、鼻饲等综合治疗。结果本组病例全部治愈。结论采用综合方法治疗破伤风疗效满意,无并发症,住院费用低,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To cure tetanus with complex treatment. Methods: 40 cases of tetanus were retrospected and analyzed in our hospital since 1990. First the wound was cleaned ultimately to dispel the source of toxin, combining with intravenous injection of antitoxin and hypnotic, tracheotomy, nasal feeding etc. complex treatment. Results: 40 cases were treated successfully. Conclusions: the effectiveness of using complex treatment to cure tetanus is satisfied, which is without complications and lower fees. It deserves generalization. |
