摘    要:以废水最小化和经济性为目标提出一种思路清晰、简单实用的复合式方法,用于化工过程废水最小化。在着眼于全局确定废水最小化的目标以及合适的循环结构之后,利用路径图(path diagram)确定过程废水排放的适宜位置;再基于定性知识确定污染物组成调整的方案;最后对已定的流程结构方案用GAMS软件包进行数学优化,确定出各参数的最优值。运用所提方法对这一文献算例进行了求解,得到了更优的结果。

Abstract:A hybrid approach to the wastewater minimization is put forward.The approach is simple, practical and free of complex calculation. After the target for the was tewater minimization and the appropriate recycle structure is determined on the whole, the optimal location for discharging the wastewater is chosen based on the path diagram. Then, the suitable streams to be intercepted are decided. Lastly , GAMS is used to determine the optimal operating parameters. An example coming from literature is solved using the proposed approach and a better solution than the ″optimal″ solution provided by the original authors is found.
