| 摘 要： | 热轧带肋钢筋矫直、定尺剪切生产线是钢铁公司的重要设备，采用可编程控制器作为其控制系统，提高了生产线的自动化程度，保证了生产线有连续工作的高可靠性，使生产线的生产效率和定尺剪切精度都碹以了要求。本文从可编程控制器的选择和配置、功能和特点，硬件设置和程序编制以及应注意的问题等方面都作了介绍。
