Internet环境下政务公文工作流处理模型研究

本文引入工作流的概念,对公文运转的过程进行分解,包括角色、路径和公文模板等三个部分,并建立了数学模型-有向图。文中应用集合理论对有向图模型进行了分析,获得了一些公文流程电子化的理论结果。通过对一个典型的公文流程实例进行应用,验证了这些结果的有效性。

Workflow-Based Electronic Document Processing System

The electro-processing of government-document-moving is the most important part in electro-government system,the most difficult disposing.It is decomposed to three parts using the concept of workflow,including roles,routes and templates.A mathematic model is built,a digraph.Using set theory to analyse the digraph model,some results are obtained in electro-ducument-process.They are effective through applying in a representative instance of electro-ducument-process.
