松花江吉林省段水环境变化趋势分析

摘    要:2001—2008年松花江吉林省段水环境监测资料统计分析表明,松花江吉林省段水环境质量具有逐年好转趋势,但Ⅳ类水质仍占较大比例,水环境质量不能完全达到Ⅲ类标准。沿江主要工业城市点源污水治理效果明显,非点源氨氮污染已成为主要污染源。强化环境管理,提高城市污水处理率,加强流域非点源污染治理力度,是实现松花江流域水污染防治规划目标的根本途径。

Abstract:Statistical analysis of the surface water monitoring data of Songhua River in Jilin Province from 2001 to 2008 showed that the water environment quality was gradually improving each year. But the proportion of Grade Ⅳ of state environmental quality standards for surface water was still too high and the river water quality could not fully meet Grade Ⅲ. The effects of waste water treatment for point source have been evident in major industrial cities along the Songhua River basin. Ammonia Nitrogen pollution of non-point source has became a major source of river pollution. To strengthen environmental management, increase the rate of urban sewage treatment and enhance the watershed non-point source pollution control is the fundamental approach in order to achieve Songhua River water pollution control planning objectives.
