基于光幕靶的便携式弹丸速度测量系统

摘    要:根据光电转换原理及单片机中断技术与定时计数的思想,设计了一套便携式弹丸速度测量系统.在单片机及计算机的控制下,该系统可以实现弹丸速度的自动测试功能.当弹丸通过光幕靶区时,将引起光幕强度的变化.系统将捕捉到的变化发送给单片机进行处理.单片机对弹丸穿过光幕的时间进行计数,计算出弹丸通过光幕靶的区截时间,实现单片机与计算机的串行通信.最后,根据光幕靶间的距离与单片机的记时误差分析了系统对弹丸速度的测量误差.

Abstract:This paper presents the thought of photo-electricity conversion and interruption and counter technology of single chip processor to acquire a set of portable bullet velocity measurement system based on laser screen target. Under the control of single chip processor and computer, this system can measure the bullet velocity automatically. When the bullet being across the laser screen target,it can make the change of the light intensity of laser screen.The system alquores this chamge and sends it to single chip processor. At last,under the help of single chip processor, the time of bullet across the two laser screen targets can be acquired. Designing the system, we must compile the program to finish the serial communication between single chip processor and personal computer. When the time across and the distance between two laser screen targets are known, we can calculate the velocity of bullet and analysis its error.
