| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨TRAF6在不同侵袭能力的乳腺癌组织及细胞系中的表达.方法:(1)应用免疫组化方法检测TRAF6在正常乳腺组织和乳腺癌组织中的表达.(2)应用Western blotting方法检测TRAF6在高、低侵袭能力癌细胞系MDA-MB-231、MCF-7及正常乳腺细胞系MCF-10A中的表达.结果:(1)正常乳腺组织中TRAF6的阳性表达率低于乳腺癌组织(P0.05),在导管原位癌的阳性表达率显著低于浸润性导管癌中(P0.01).(2)TRAF6蛋白在MCF-10A中的表达低于乳腺癌细胞系中的表达,MCF-7中的表达量低于MDA-MB-231中的表达量.结论:TRAF6蛋白表达量随着乳腺癌的侵袭能力的增加而增加,说明TRAF6可能与乳腺癌侵袭能力有关.
