高校大学生体育素质现状的分析与对策的研究

调查结果显示，大学生体育基础知识整体水平较差，体育意识比较高，但参与体育活动的行为比较差，同时大学生的体育能力也普遍比较差，体育道德意识水平较高，但体育道德行为受整个社会人们的道德观念的影响，提示高校体育教学中应注意大学生体育基础知识教学，注重大学生体育能力及良好生活习惯和体育品质的培养。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Sports Quality of University Students And the Studying on the Counter Measare

Investigation shows that the sports elementary knowledge of university students is rather poor.University students' consciousness of physical education is very high,but their sports action is very weak.And also their sports capacity is rather low.Though their consciousness of sports morality is high,the sports moral action is influenced by the moral concepts of the whole society. We found that,in physical education,people should put emphasis on sports elementary knowledge and the training of sports capacity,good habits as well as sports quality.
