| 摘 要： | 科技统计是科研管理的组成部分,要做好统计及管理工作,不仅要有高素质的管理人员,还需要有高效成熟的软件工具及信息技术的广泛应用.目前高校使用的科技统计及管理软件版本较低,不能适应计算机及网络技术的发展需要,因此要改进和更新.利用科技统计促进科研管理的信息化,共享网络管理资源,提高科技统计及科研管理的效率.

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological statistics is a component part of scientific research management.Statistics and management work need not only management persons with high quality but also efficient and ripe system tools as well as the widely used information technology.At present,the lower software versions of scientific and technological statistics and management used in colleges and universities can't meet the needs of the development of computer and network technology.So it's necessary to renew management methods,use scientific and technological statistics to promote scientific research management informationization,share network management resources and raise the efficiency of scientific and technological statistics and scientific research. |
