| 摘 要： | 网点是决定原色染料网目阶调印花质量的关键问题，并受织物织构的直接影响，建立了织物单元组织孔洞的数学模型，用实验证明了织物组织结构与网点大小之间存在一定的分配数量关系，获得了准确的网点参数，该技术工艺符合一般网点印花规律。 |

| Abstract: | Halftone dots are a key problem in determing the qualities of halftone printing fabrics with primary color dyes; and they are directly affected by fabric textures. Accordingly, a mathematical model for fabric cell texture holes is established. The experimental results have proved that this model is correct, and that there exists a certain distributive numeric between the fabric texture and sizes of halftones. Also, the accurate halftone parameters are obtained. this technology is in agreement with the common halftone printing rules. |
