摘    要:文章认为,对5株生防放线菌摇瓶发酵条件进行初步优化,确定出菌株SC1、SC1-1、SE2、A3和A4最适宜的培养基分别为SNB、SYB、SYB、SNB和DSB,最适初始pH值分别为7.0、6.0、6.7、6.0、7.0,最佳培养时间分别为48h-72h、72h-96h、48h-72h、72h-96h、48h-72h。

Abstract:Optimized fermentation conditions for five actinomyces were ascertained.The results showed that optimized mediums for strains such as SC1,SC1-1,SE2,A3 and A4 were SNB with pH7.0,SYB with pH6.0,SYB with pH6.7,SNB with pH6.0 and DSB with pH7.0respectively,the fittest culture time of 48h-72h,72h96h,48h-72h,72h-96h and 48h-72h respectively.
