立窑水泥煅烧过程的控制策略

摘    要:从机械化立窑水泥煅烧过程的特点及其控制系统的现状出发,运用神经网络和模糊控制技术,提出基于神经网络的立窑水泥煅烧过程的模糊控制策略。据此,设计出以控制策略为核心的立窑水泥煅烧过程自组织控制器,系统仿真及运行结果表明,该控制系统具有很好的鲁棒性、稳定性,其控制效果较为满意。

Abstract:A fuzzy strategy based on neural network is advanced for controlling calcination of cement in shaft kiln. In accordance with the peculiarity of cement calcination in mechanized shaft kiln and the present state of its control system, the strategy is advanced by comprehensive utilization of neural network and fuzzy control technigue. And a self organizing controller with this control strategy as core is designed for cement calcination in shaft kiln. As shown by system simulation and result of operation, this control system has very good robustness and stability, it has archieved satisfactory effect of control.
