残余压力场下的疲劳裂纹扩展特性
摘    要:以16Mn钢焊接接头为研究对象,对焊接残余压应力场下的疲劳裂纹扩展特性进行了研究.测定了应力比为0.2,0.4,0.6条件下,母材、热影响区、焊缝的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,同时对残余压应力场的变化情况进行了分析和研究,提出了预测16Mn钢焊接接头疲劳裂纹扩展速率的数学模型

Abstract:The propagation behaviour of fatigue crack in residual compressive stress field is studied on thewelds of 16MN steel. The propagation rates of fatigue crack are measured for parent metal and heat affectedzone at the ratio of stress being 0. 2,0. 4 and 0. 6, respectively, with the change in residual stress field investigates experimentally in detail. Therefore, a mathematic model is put forward to predict the propagation rateof crack on the welds of 16Mn steel.
