| 摘 要： | 基于桌式足球技术训练的基本原则,结合桌式足球技术训练的教学实践,总结了桌式足球技术训练的重点教学环节和内容及教学实践经验,探讨了提高桌式足球技术训练教学质量的教学方法和教学改革措施。教学实践和研究表明,在桌式足球技术训练的教学中,遵循桌式足球运动的内在规律,细化技术训练方法,采用灵活多样的教学方式和扩展有序的技术训练层次是提高教学质量和训练成绩的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic principles of foosball technical training,and combining with teaching practice of foosball technical training training the foosball technical training focus on teaching content,teaching practice and experience was summarized,the teaching methods of improving foosball technical training quality and teaching reform measures was discussed.Teaching practice and research showed that the technical training teaching,follow should the inherent law of foosball sports,refined technical training method,adopted flexible and varied teaching methods and orderly expanded technical training level were effective methods to improve teaching quality and training performance. |
