全自动六线同步灌装控制系统设计

摘    要:目前,国内灌装机存在的主要问题是灌装效率低,基于此设计了六线同步灌装机控制系统.以西门子PLC S7-300为主控制器,设计了PLC对步进电机、伺服电机的定位控制,变频器的使用以及人机界面,实现了系统的自动进瓶,灌装针自动定位、灌装、计数等一系列功能,大大提高了系统的灵活性和实用性.

Abstract:At present,the main problems of the domestic filling machine is low filling efficiency.Based on this problem,six-lane synchronization filling machine control system is designed.This system uses the Siemens PLC S7-300 as the main controller,includes the stepper motor positioning control,servo motor positioning control,the use of the inverter and the man-machine interface.This system can accomplish the task of automatically entering the bottle,automatically positioning of the filling needle,filling,counting and a series of functions,which can greatly increase the flexibility and practicality of the system.
