痰热清注射液治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎33例疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法将66例临床确诊为流行性腮腺炎儿童，随机分为两组，治疗组33例用痰热清注射液，对照组33例用普济消毒饮和利巴韦林静滴。结果治疗组显效率60．6％，有效率达33．3％，总有效率93．9％；对照组显效率39．4％，有效率27.3％，总有效率66．7％。两组治疗比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），且治疗组热程明显缩短，并发症发生率降低。结论痰热清注射液治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎有良好的临床疗效，无不良反应。

Clinical observation of Tanreqing injection on treatment of children epidemic parotitis (report of 33 cases)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and the toxicity of Tanreqing injection on the treatment of children epidemic parotitis.Methods: 66 cases of children epidemic parotitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(n=33) were treated with Tanreqing injection,the control group were intravenous injected with general antiphlogistic decoction combined with ribavirin.Results: The excellence rate in the treatment group was 60.6% that was higher than 39.4% in control group,the effective rate in treatment group was 33.3% higher than 27.3% in control group,the total efficiency rate in treatment group was 93.9% higher than 66.7% in control group,the differences were significant(P < 0.01).The duration of fever and the complication rate of treatment group were significantly lower than control group.Conclusion: Tanreqing injection is safe and efficacious for gastroduodeal ulcer perforation.
