化工炼油技术仿真训练装置的设计与开发

摘    要:本文介绍了国内第一套化工炼油仿真训练装置的设计开发思路。该仿真训练装置是由真实的化工设备、仪表、真实的工业控制系统和计算机相结合、以水和氮气代替真实生产装置中的液相和气相化工物料,构成一个主要用于炼油、化工领域的技术人员、操作人员的技能培训的仿真工厂。其各种培训功能和过程的动态特性由计算机上的仿真培训软件实现。

Abstract:This paper presents the design and development of the first training plant for chemical industry and oil refinery in China. Tth training plant is constructed by real chemical equipments, instruments, real process control system (TDC3000) and computer (VAX 4200). In the training plant, water and nitrogen replaces the liquid phase and vapor phase material of the real process. It's a training plant mainly for the training of the techniquer and operator in petrochmical field. All the training functions and the dynamic behavior of the process are implemented by VAX 4200.
