高钛钛铁中Al和Sn的联合测定

摘    要:在强碱分离,EDTA络合滴定法测定冶金物料中Al的基础上,研究了测定高钛钛铁中Al和Sn的最佳条件,拟定了联合测定高钛钛铁中Al和Sn的方法,并对钛合金中Sn的国际测定方法进行了改进,提高了测定的可操作性和准确度。用拟定的方法进行加料回收实验,其各自的回收率分别为:Al:97.1%-99.6%;Sn:96.1%-98.5%,该方法也适用于纯钛,钛合金中Al和Sn的测定简便,快速,结果满意。

Abstract:On the base of mighty alkali separation and EDTA complexometric method to determinate aluminium and tin in metallurgical materials, the optimum conditions for the determination of aluminium and tin in titanic-iron of high content of titanium are studied in this paper. A combined detrmination method of aluminium and tin in it is proprosed and a standard addition test is done and given recovery of aluminium 97.1%-99.6%, tin 96.1%-98.5%respectively. The determination method of tin in GB4698.9-84 is improved, and the improved method makes the operation easy and the result accurat. The method can also be applied to determinate the amount of tin in pure titanium and titanium alloys, and proved to be simple, rapid with a satisfactory result.
