摘    要:<正>聚集器式气力集尘装置是一种新型的气力集尘设备。它可以用于各种类型的木材加工车间,对改进车间卫生条件、安全防火、提高劳动生产率及产品质量都有重要的作用。它在使用中具有灵活性与通用性大,工作可靠性高、稳定性好等优点。 本文比较系统和深入地讨论了这种新型气力集尘装置的设计理论与计算方法。在研究过程中选择了三套不同结构的聚集器式气力集尘装置,对它们的应用性能作了比较全面的测试,并在此基础上进行理论分析,探讨其性能特点。


THE DESIGN THEORY AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF THE PNEUMATIC SAWDUST COLLECTING EQUIPMENT WITH RECEIVER FOR WOODWORKING SHOPS
Abstract:The sawdust collecting apparatus with receiver is a new type of equipment for handling chips by air. It can be effectively used in all kinds of woodworking shops and plays an important role in improving environmental sanitation, raising working efficiency and improving the quality of products. It has many advantages in practice, such as high flexibility, fine reliability and steadiness in operation.This article gives a systematic and thoroughgoing discussion on the design theory and calculating method of this new-type sawdust collecting equipment. Three different constructions of such collecting apparatuses have been chosen under investigation, and a comprehensive measurement of their applicability has been made. And on this basis, theoretic analysis has been made to explore their performance.
