THE DESIGN THEORY AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF THE PNEUMATIC SAWDUST COLLECTING EQUIPMENT WITH RECEIVER FOR WOODWORKING SHOPS

The sawdust collecting apparatus with receiver is a new type of equipment for handling chips by air. It can be effectively used in all kinds of woodworking shops and plays an important role in improving environmental sanitation, raising working efficiency and improving the quality of products. It has many advantages in practice, such as high flexibility, fine reliability and steadiness in operation.This article gives a systematic and thoroughgoing discussion on the design theory and calculating method of this new-type sawdust collecting equipment. Three different constructions of such collecting apparatuses have been chosen under investigation, and a comprehensive measurement of their applicability has been made. And on this basis, theoretic analysis has been made to explore their performance.
