| 摘 要： | 公民主体意识是体现我国法制现代化精神的一种特殊法律意识，对建设现代法治国家具有关键性的作用。在我国，由于历史和现实的原因，在全社会确立公民主体意识正面临诸多矛盾、冲突，目前应采取积极有效的对策走出这一困境。
