钢瓶热载体烤漆加热系统及应用效果

摘    要:针对电加热烤漆能耗成本高、一次能源利用率低等问题,提出了一种能耗费用较低的热载体烤漆供热系统,给出了该系统的主要组成设备及其作用与选用要求.应用实例表明,用该烤漆供热系统替代传统的电加热烤漆,能耗成本降幅最大可达86%,一次能源的利用率提高了20%.此外,该系统不仅可以满足烤漆供热工艺温度要求,烤漆质量也有所提高.

Abstract:In view of these problems that paint drying by electricity has high energy consumption and low utilization of primary energy, the author of this paper develops a kind of heating system for paint drying by heat transfer fluid with low energy consumption, and presents the components of the system, the major equipment, the function and selecting principle of the equipments. Compared with electricity heating system experiences show that the maximum fall in cost of energy consumption is up to 86%; the utilization of primary energy is increased by 20% for the heating system by heat transfer fluid. In addition, this, way not only meets the temperature requirement of the heating process, but also improves the quality of paint drying.
