主客观集成的城镇土地综合定级因素的赋权

以土地综合定级为目标,利用特尔斐法和回归模型法对影响土地定级的各种因素进行分析,综合评定得出土地定级各因素的权重值.从而减少土地定级因素中存在的主观性因素,弥补了客观分析中缺失权重决策的内涵,使权重的确定更加符合实际.以江苏省常州市武进区为研究区,通过主观和客观两种赋权方法的有机结合,在土地定级因素集成赋权方面取得了一定效果,确定了其实际应用中的可行性.

A Study Based on the Integration of Subjectivity and Objectivity for Urban Synthesized Land Grading Factors and Weights Determining

As determining weights is based on the typical example of synthesized land grading, that achieving land grading and weights determining by integrating Delphi and Regression model is a good way to avoid the subjectivity in objective analysis, and supplement the decision-making meaning in objective analysis. What the way does is to make the weights actual and reasonable. This article uses Wujin district of Changzhou of Jiangsu Province as a case study, which synthesized the method of subjective and objective analysis to determining weights. It has produced an obvious result in the integration of subjectivity and objectivity, which have feasibility for practical application.
