| 摘 要： | 企业人力资源管理的成败决定着企业的发展和衰亡。通过对济源市中小企业人力资源管理现状进行SWOT分析，提出了制定人力资源管理战略、加大人才引进和重视校企合作等对策。唯有重视企业人力资源管理研究，企业才能充满发展活力，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The enterprise human resources management determines the success of the enterprise＇ s development and decline. Through SWOT analysis on small and medium enterprise human resources management in Jiyuan city, it is put forward the administrative strategy of drawing up the strategy, increasing talent introduction and focusing on school - enterprise cooperation strategy, only attaching importance to research on enterprise human resources management, can the enterprise is full of vitality, can develop continuously be achieved. |
