聚丙烯/ZnO复合材料的力学性能及热性能

摘    要:研究了ZnO体积分数和界面对复合材料力学性能和热性能的影响规律,为导热复合材料制备过程中基体与填料配比的选择、合适的填料表面处理方法以及实现力学性能与热性能的兼顾提供了指导依据。研究结果表明:当φ(ZnO)20%时,填料的加入有利于全面提高复合材料的力学性能和热性能;NDZ-132偶联剂的加入有助于改善聚丙烯/ZnO复合材料的热性能与力学性能,但是界面强度过大会使材料呈现脆性,冲击性能略有下降。加入大分子偶联剂相当于在填料表面增加一个柔性层,有利于提高材料的冲击性能,但是不利于热能在材料内部传递。随着NDZ-132偶联剂质量分数的增加,复合材料的导热性能、拉伸及弯曲性能都呈现出先增加后降低的趋势;当偶联剂质量分数约为1.5%时,复合材料性能达到最佳值。

Abstract:The influence of volume fraction of ZnO and the interracial layer on the thermal and mechanical properties of the thermal conductive ZnO/PP composite were investigated in order to determine the ratio of PP matrix to filler, to find the suitable surface treatment method and to balance the mechanical and thermal properties during the preparation of thermal conductive polymer composite.The results show that, when ψ(ZnO)<20%, both the mechanical and the thermal properties are improved; the addition of low-molecular coupling agent (NDZ-132) also improves both the thermal and mechanical properties but decreases the impact strength due to the overlarge interface adhesion between filler and matrix.A flexible layer between the filler and matrix appears when ZnO processed by the macro-molecular coupling agent.The composite impact strength is improved, but it is not benefit to obtain a high thermal conductivity.With increasing the amount of NDZ-132, the composite thermal conductivity, tensile and flexural properties increase at first and then decrease while the maximum appears when the mass fraction of coupling agent is about 1.5 %.
