双轨悬挂自行输送机动力学建模及仿真分析

摘    要:研究基于虚拟样机技术的双轨悬挂自行输送机动力学仿真分析。解决了虚拟样机建模的关键技术问题,例如,双轨悬挂自行输送机的轨道和车辆建模、输送机与轨道间的约束,施加摩擦力等,基于接触力学中的分子-机械摩擦理论,在双轨悬挂自行输送机系统的虚拟样机中建立了包含连续接触和间断接触的非线形摩擦力方程组。该方程由高阶可导的分段插值多项式表达,仿真中具有较高的稳定性和收敛性。利用ADMAS软件对双轨悬挂自行输送机进行动力学仿真分析,研究了运行过程中输送机位置、速度和受力的变化情况,获得了双轨悬挂自行输送机的各种动态性能,为双轨悬挂自行输送机设计和性能评价提供了一种新的方法和手段。

Abstract:As an important innovation for the automobile plant, Double Railway Suspended Vehicle's performance is greatly influenced by its dynamic characteristic. This paper analyzed the dynamic performance of Double Railway Suspended Vehicle for Automated Transportation by virtual prototype. The main techniques of modeling a virtual prototype are presented, e.g. modeling of railway and vehicle, constraints between railway and vehicle, adding friction. Basing on the theory of molecule-mechanical friction in the contact mechanics, the nonlinear friction equations are created to simulate both persistent contact and discontinuous contact, which are denoted by piecewise polynomial with higher-order derivatives. As a result, the contact-impact simulation has higher stability and numerical convergence. A virtual prototype of the Double Railway Suspended Vehicle for Automated Transportation is constructed and simulated by using ADMAS software. The location, velocity of the vehicles and forces of the Double Railway Suspended Vehicle for Automated Transportation during moving are analyzed and the dynamic performances are obtained. This provides a new means for the design and the performance estimation for the Double Railway Suspended Vehicle for Automated Transportation.
