关于钢箱梁腹板开大孔设计的研究与实践

摘    要:本文根据对钢箱梁腹板开大孔设计的研究与实践,探讨了作为铺轨架桥机等重型起重机械受力骨干结构的箱形大臂腹板开大孔设计的若干理论问题和主要设计细节,由此得出之设计计算方法简明可靠,实用性强;勿需电算程序,利用手算即可容易得出比较合理、优化的结果。

Abstract:On the basis of the research and practice which we had done about the design of opening big holes in the web of steel box girder, this paper inquired into several questions of theory and major design details about the design of opening big holes, to satisfy the requirement of passing men and installing machines, in the web of large box-arm which is the backbone-structure taking loads of the heavy-duty crane, such as the track-laying or bridging machines. As a result of these, the method of design and analysis is simple, clear, depdndable and well-practicable, so that it is unnecesary to require the computer programs, and only manual computation would be easy to achieve the results which are rather rational and optimization.
