摘    要:根据材料力学的基本原理分析钢结构用摩擦型高强度螺栓的简化模型,提出了在考虑螺纹升角影响时求解应力集中系数的解析式;并通过适当简化提出了简化形式,同时阐释了摩擦型高强度螺栓产生应力集中的原因。最后将计算结果与有限元结果进行比较,证明了解析式的正确性,具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Based on the basic principle of material mechanics, this paper analyzes the simplified model of frictional high-strength bolt for steel structure, and proposes an analytical formula for solving the stress concentration factor when considering the influence of the thread angle, and proposes a simplified formula by appropriately simplifying. In addition, the causes of stress concentration in frictional high-strength bolt are explained. Finally, by comparing the calculation results with the finite element results, the correctness of the analytical formula is proved, which has certain practical significance.
