摘    要:针对目前摩擦焊机用户对焊接产品提出更高质量、高精度的生产要求,设计了一液压双闭环控制系统。该控制系统通过监控液压系统压力和比例溢流阀阀芯位移,对压力使用模糊PID控制器控制调节,位移采用PID控制器调节来控制摩擦焊机的轴向压力控制精度,并运用AMESim/Simulink对该系统进行联合建模仿真。仿真结果表明双闭环控制系统比PID控制下的单闭环控制系统能更好地改善摩擦焊机的轴向焊接压力精度,提高焊接产品的质量和稳定性。

Research on Double Closed Loop Control System Based on Friction Welding Machine

Abstract:A hydraulic double closed loop control system is designed to meet the requirement of higher quality and higher precision for friction welder.By monitoring the pressure of the hydraulic system and the displacement of the proportional overflow valve spool, the pressure is controlled and adjusted by the fuzzy PID controller, and the displacement is adjusted by the PID controller to control the axial pressure control accuracy of the friction welder. Amesim/Simulink is used for the joint modeling and simulation of the system.Simulation results show that the double closed-loop control system can better improve the axial welding pressure precision of friction welder and improve the quality and stability of welding products than the single closed-loop control system under PID control.
