聚磷酸铵阻燃剂制备工艺研究

摘    要:以磷酸二氢氨和尿素为原料,采用磷酸铵热缩合法制备聚磷酸铵阻燃剂。对反应温度、聚合时间和原料摩尔配比进行单因素实验,结果表明:反应温度在300℃-320℃,反应时间为150m in,反应物(磷酸二氢氨∶尿素)摩尔比为1∶1时,产品的阻燃性能最好,聚合度较大。

Abstract:Ammonium polyphosphate fire retardants is prepared with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and urea,the way that is ammonium thermal legitimate.The effects of preparation conditions,such as reaction temperature,polymerization time,components proportion is studied with the single-factor test.The results showed that reaction temperature 300℃-320℃,polymerization time 150 min,and molar rate of monoammonium phosphate and urea 1∶1,the products is best performance of fire-retardant and the dgree polymerization is greater.
