| 摘 要： | 通过对5个县穴市雪的较偏远的5个村委会的调查,农村实行村民自治,取得了重大的成就。怎样利用现实条件,督促和引导村级民主向小康社会目标发展,各地区必须从实际出发,制定一整套切实可行、富有特色、便于操作的评价指标体系,才能加快村级民主建设的步伐。

| Abstract: | The countryside has achieved great successes in implementing villager- autonomy through the investigation and analysis to 5 committees in the village of 5 counties, cities of Jiang-Xi province . How to utilize the realistic condition and supervise and guide the democracy at village level to be developed to the society of well-to-do level goal, only every area must proceed from the reality to make a whole set of feasible, rich in the characteristic, appraisal index system easy to operate ,could the paces of democratic construction accelerate at village level . |
