摘    要:在930nm二极管光源激发下,在Yb^3 -Ho^3 氟氧化物中得到了较强的蓝绿上转换荧光。绿光是通过。Yb^3 -Ho^3 间的能量传递从而实现Ho^3 -^5S2能级粒子数的布居,再向^5I8弛豫产生的。而产生蓝光的途径有两种,一是位于Ho^3 的^3K8能级上的粒子向基态^5I8弛豫,二是Yb^3 -Yb^3 离子对的共协上转换荧光。同时认为,在共掺Yb^3 -Ho^3 系统中能量传递与共协上转换同时存在,正是这种共存决定了蓝光段的荧光峰位随着Ho^3 掺杂浓度的变化而变化。

Abstract:There exist intense green and blue up-converted luminescence in Yb 3+ -Ho 3+ codoped oxy-fluoride under 930 nm diode light excitation. Green luminescence is obtained through transition from Ho 3+ excited 5 S 2 populated by energy transfer between Yb 3+ and Ho 3+ to its ground state 5 I 8 andthere are two ways to generate blue luminescence: one of them is the transition from Ho 3+ excited states 3 K 8 to its ground state 5 I 8 ;the other is the cooperative up-conversion luminescence between Yb 3+ and Yb 3+ . At the same time ,we thinkthat energy transfer between Yb 3+ and Ho 3+ exist together with cooperative up-conversion between Yb 3+ and Yb 3+ in Yb 3+ -Ho 3+ co-doed system which causes the special phenomena i.e. peak wavelengths of blue bands change with the change of Ho 3+ doped concentration.
