摘    要:介绍了某电厂220 t/h锅炉低氮燃烧器改造工程,并对低氮燃烧器改造后,脱硝效率达到52.2%,进行炉膛出口氧量、一次风量、二次风量、三次风量和燃尽风量的优化试验,同时对改造效果进行分析,本改造可为其它小型电厂锅炉的脱硝提供了一定的经验。

Abstract:This article describes the adoption of low-NOx burner′s modification of the 220 t/h boilers in a power Plant.With the low-NOx burner′s technology,the denitrification efficiency reaches 52.2%.Furnace exit oxygen volumes,the amount of main air,secondary air,and auxiliary air volume are optimized.The reconstruction research results are helpful for innovations of other similar power boiler.
