| 摘 要： | 20世纪20～30年代宛西社会的持续衰退和动荡，给各阶层民众的生活造成严重危害，人们对现实强烈不满，对地方政权彻底失望，一种普遍期望太平的求治之心愈加迫切。正是在这种情势下，宛西地方精英迅速崛起，他们立志图新，整顿时局，自行处理地方事务，推行自治建设。

| Abstract: | From 1920s to 1930s, the continual chaos in West Wan society brought serious harm to the society. People were dissatisfied with the reality and disappointed with region authority. Thus, the desire of peace became stronger. Elites in West Wan developed rapidly, trying to deal with local affairs by themselves, and promoted autonomy construction. |
