摘    要:提出了一种基于竞争的配电网络优化规划算法。以规划期内系统总投资收益率为目标函数,考虑网络建设费用、运行费用、配电网络连通性、供电可靠性、电压限制和网络损耗的约束条件,通过潮流计算和竞争排序,完成配电网架规划。在网架规划基础上,再进行网络分段开关和联络开关的优化规划。解决了单电源和多电源网络规划、线路交叉点及线路导线截面选择等问题。实例规划结果表明,该规划方法是可行的。

Abstract:An algorithm based on competition optimal planning of power distribution networks is suggested.With the system total investment return rate as the objective function during the planning period,the power distribution network frame is completed via tidal current computation and competition ranking and in considering network construction cost,operation cost,power distribution network connectivity,power supply reliability,voltage limitation and constraint conditions of network losses.Based on network frame planning,the optimal planning of network section switch and connective switch is carried out again.Accordingly,such problems as single power source and multi-power resources network planning,path connection nodes and path wire section are resolved.The real example planning results indicate that the planning method is feasible.
