| 摘 要： | 本文针对电渣重熔工艺对控制系统的要求，采用集散控制方法，将整个工艺过程分成主回路熔炼电流控制、电极进给控制、自动抽锭控制这三个子系统来处理。文中就各子系统的组成、工作原理、工作过程及软件设计思想做了系统介绍．本系统最大特点为：设计简单、工作可靠，调试、维修方便。

| Abstract: | method of collective control meeting the technological requirements of the controllingsystem for electroslag remelting process is proposed.The whole technological process is divided into threesubsystems:the main return circuit control of the remelting current;the control Of the electrode feed;andthe automatic control of stripping.The composition,the working principle and process,and the idea ofsoftware design of the subsystems are described.The system is advantageous in its simple design,reliabilityand convenience in debugging and maintenance. |
