浮子流量计三维湍流流场的数值研究

摘    要:依据湍流模式理论以及计算流体力学(CFD),实现了对浮子流量计三维湍流流场的数值研究,提出利用“浮子受力平衡度误差分析法”控制计算精度,通过对流量计速度场、压力场的数值研究,获得浮子受力及流量计的流量值,通过数值模拟与物理实验的对比,得出模拟计算的流量最大满度误差为3.4%,平均满度误差为1.77%,而经典设计流量最大满度误差为23.7%,平均满度误差为8.9%。

Abstract:Based on turbulence models and computational fluid dynamics(CFD),a numerical study of the 3D turbulence flow field of the float flowmeter is conducted. The method of error analysis of the float-forced-balance,which controls the computational precision,is presented.The key information of the flowmeter is obtained through the research on the 3D velocity and pressure field,viz the force acting on the different surface of the float and the flow value,etc.The result of the computation has been verified by a physical test. The maximum full-scale error of simulation flow and the mean of it is 3.4% and 1.77%,respectively,and yet in the traditional design,23.7% and 8.9% respectively.
