| 摘 要： | 鉴于OA系统的实际业务不但需要经常调整，而且需要工作流程控制技术的支持，提出了一种工作流工程模型，该模型将OA系统的实际业务与工作流程控制结合在一起，缩短了业务流程或行政办公流程再设计的周期，降低了成本．现模型已应用到实际的应用系统中，取得了比较好的效果．

| Abstract: | Since the practiacal operation of OA system asks for frequent adjustment and support from workflow technology, a model is presented in this paper for such requirements. By integrating the practical business with workflow, this model may shorten the workflow of business or period of re - designing administrative procedure, so that costs are saved. The practical application of the model shows sound effect. |
