| Abstract: | This paper reviews the course of world socialism the 20th century.It analyzes and compares two socialism low tides in the 20th century.pointing out that the two low tides have some same characteristices although they take different courses.Analyzing the two socialism low tides,the authors of this paper can be expected to offer us a lot of inspiration of realist socialism. |
