| Abstract: | A thin film with three-layer structure , which possesses anti-reflecting func- tion in the visible light region , has been selected for further design by compuer simula- tion. Results show that the structure of SiO2 (84 A ) TiO2 ( 130A ) SiO2 ( 160A ) glass substrate possesses excellent spectral characteristics , with mean reflectivity R<1. 2 %, in the wavelength range of 350nm～750nm. |
